Brindi – The dog held hostage for more than 3 years at a Halifax pound

Francesca Rogier has had her rescue dog Brindi taken away 2 times by Halifax Animal Control. She's accrued lawyer bills in the thousands, brought her case to the Supreme Court and at one point - even lost her home trying to get her dog back.
