I’m an NDG gal and love what’s been goin’ on in my neck o’ the Borough the last little while. A lot of great stores popping up, to cater to a dynamic urban population. The latest of which is Bailey Blu! A new pet boutique on Sherbrooke West at Beaconsfield (6152 Sherbrooke West). I popped in recently to meet store owner Natalie Gore (and Melissa behind the cash!). And of course – Blu, half of the store’s namesake (Bailey passed away earlier this year at the ripe old age of 14).
Bailey Blu carries an excellent line of safe, natural, durable products from snacks to toys to beds and everything in between. It’s obvious these people are pet lovers – and a great deal of time and care has gone into selecting just the right products. Natalie really knows her stuff and is a strong supporter of the raw diet (which, of course they sell). If raw isn’t your thing, they carry some excellent premium brand kibble like Canada’s own Orijen and Acana.
