‘
Award Winning’ Unique Pet Bed for Auction
This beautifully designed dog-bed won this year’s 16th Québec Entrepreneurship Contest! It was generously donated to Rosie Animal Adoption to raise funds! This piece is not only functional it is also a unique art piece, made from a re-purpose wood cabinet from an outdated TV. It would be a great centerpiece in any room and luxurious pet resort that any dog or cat would love to curl-up in.
This highly detailed design was created by a group of students enrolled in Centre de Formation en Entreprise et Récupération, Training (CFER) at Riverdale High School. A CFER is a self-contained work study project built upon an environmental theme, in this case, recycled old wooden TV cabinets. The CFER program is designed to train students who face academic challenges for the world of work. Riverdale’s program is the first in Quebec in the Anglophone sector.
This truly is a one of a kind piece, we hope the auction winner and their pet(s) takes as much pleasure in this wonderful piece and craftsmanship, as the winners of the Quebec Entrepreneurship contest had in creating it.
