Dear friends,
I am holding the following Online fundraiser through Youcaring.com to help get donations for the rescue Westies-In-Need. This is a rescue that is very special to me after they helped re-home all the Westie pups that were taken from the infamous “breeding facility” or alleged “puppy mill” in Quebec in Nov 2011.After volunteering at the temporary emergency shelter and bonding with the westies, I started following Westies In Need work and read all the happy successful adoptions of so many Westie pups.
A year after, I was able to see two of the pups that are so dear to me from the rescue operation. I was able to see the pups thanks to the kind people that work with the rescue. I will be forever grateful for that day. All that know me know how I start getting tears in my eyes when I talk about the rescued pups and how hard it was for me to say good-bye to them when they left the emergency shelter.
This will be our second year going to the Westies In Need Westie Walk in Ottawa. I will be entering the picture of Shenna our furbaby rescue Westie pup to participate in the pictures contest. Please, I am asking for you to kindly give any help that you can afford to help me collect funds for the wonderful work that Westies In Need does.
