PetitsPawz Cat Refuge of Montrealwill be holding a Kitty Adoption Day to help find homes for kittens and adult cats from the Island of Montreal.The event will be held Sunday March 4th between 12pm and 5pm at 1125 Moffat Ave., in Verdun (between Bannantyne and Beurling…). People are invited to come in and see the kitties to hopefully fall in love with one of these bundles of fuzz and offer them a good home.PetitsPawz Cats are tested for F.I.V. and feline leukemia (serious diseases). The affordable adoption fee of $160.00 includes 2 sets of vaccinations (base plus feline leukemia vaccines), deworming/defleaing treatments, sterilization, and a 30 day health guarantee.For this 1 day only, the ADOPTION FEEwill be
reduced to $130.Come visit the cats in a comfortable environment. Most of the kitties will be free roaming and you can interact and socialize with them, while they are relaxed and showing their true personalities.

The refuge is currently operating at full capacity, as people finding stray and abandoned cats and kittens are reluctant to bring them to the Berger Blanc, in the wake of the undercover video l’enquete, which exposed inhuman euthanasia practices and other forms of animal cruelty and neglect.

Le Refuge pour chat PetitsPawz sera commanditaire officiel de la journée “Aujourd’hui j’adopte un chat!”, qui vise à d’obtenir des foyers permanents aux chats et chatons en familles d’accueil sur l’île de Montréal.L’événement aura lieu dimanche le 4 mars, de 12h00 à 17h00, au 1125 avenue Moffat, à Verdun(entre Bannantyne et Beurling). Le public est invité à venir rencontrer les candidats pour peut-être tomber en amour avec une de ces boules de poils et leurs offrir un toit.Les chats pris en charge par PetitsPawz sont testés pour le V.I.F. et le FeLV (leucémie féline). Les frais d’adoption est très raisonnable! Pour 160$, vous avez deux séries de vaccinations de base (vaccins de base plus vaccin pour la leucémie), le traitement contre les puces, la stérilisation le vermifuge inclus. On garantie une santé optimale pour les 30 premiers jours!Pour cette journée seulement, les frais d’adoption baisse à 130$!
Venez visiter les chats dans un environnement confortable. La plupart des chats seront libres de se promenés parmi vous donc vous pourrez interagir directement avec eux et peut-être même échanger un peu de tendresse, découvrant leurs particularités en socialisant avec eux.

Le refuge opère présentement à pleine capacité car à la suite du reportage sur le Berger Blanc par “L’enquête” (qui exposait des pratiques douteuses de la part du personnel), les citoyens sont réticents à rapporter les chats retrouvés.
