Promoting animal cruelty is not funny!

A friend of mine that lives around the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough sent me the following picture that he saw while he was out today. The poster calls out for people to attack and kill the cat on the picture. Let us say this poster is a joke…and should not be taken seriously. What if someone that is not all there in his or her head decides to take action out of fear and starts killing cats? Is it so much of a joke to incite violence? Why would someone go through the trouble of printing ads and posting them? I truly…truly… don’t get the human brain sometimes. Be it a joke or someone being serious that wants stray cats killed, please don’t let your cats go outside. If you see one of the posters…please remove it. There is nothing funny about promoting violence. If you know the individual that did this…give him my email liliana@montrealdogblog.com I would love to set up a date and talk to him or her.
